The principal objective of this project is to facilitate transfer of knowledge between Norway and the Eastern Adriatic countries and, thereby, contribute to a socio- economically beneficial and sustainable utilisation of fish, aquaculture and recreational resources. Sub-goals are to develop an international competence network specialised on management of coastal resources, localise potential improvements of the current utilisation of the coastal resources in the Eastern Adriatic countries, initiate local projects aiming at taking practical advantage of the discovered potentials, and, through these actions, develop a high quality educational program for practical management of the region's coastal zone
